Liverpool and Everton will learn their fate tonight as Carabao Cup action takes place – and the third-round draw follows the Blues’ game away to Doncaster Rovers.
There are several League Cup clashes being played this evening – including Doncaster vs Everton, live on Sky Sports in an 8pm kick off.
Soon after that game will be the draw for the next round. It is expected to start at around 10.15pm. The draw will be conducted by former Sheffield Wednesday boss Darren Moore and ex-Everton star Izzy Christiansen, hosted by Emma Saunders of Sky.

Liverpool will be ball number 13, while Everton fans may be looking out for number 29 should Sean Dyche plot a course past Doncaster as expected.
The third-round draw will be screened live on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Premier League, plus Sky Sports News, upon conclusion of the Blues encounter with the South Yorkshire side.
Third-round ties are due to be played the week beginning Monday September 25, 2023.

Gravenberch has been high on the Reds’ wanted list for several months as they continue to look to reinforce Jurgen Klopp’s midfield options this summer having already splashed out more than £105m on new players.
