For years, Jaylen Brown found his name come up in trade talks and Jayson Tatum regrets not publicly supporting his longtime co-star in those times. I would always tell him like, ‘Man, I don’t get involved with any of those talks.’ I never went to [Celtics president of basketball operations]…

Following reports from Sky Sport Italia and TMW, Conte and his staff have already included Lukaku in their plans for the 2024-25 season and have given him some instructions while the rest of the team conduct their pre-season training. Lukaku is also ready to take a significant pay cut to reunite with his former coach this summer, as he has reportedly agreed a package on personal terms…
Napoli director, Mauro Moliso, admitted that the club made a mistake by not selling Victor Osimhen last summer. Osimhen was in big demand last summer following his impressive displays for the Partenopei in the 2022/23 season. The 25-year-old scored 26 goals in 32 league appearances to help Napoli win the Scudetto. The Nigeria international also rebuffed interest from Saudi club, Al Ahli. Osimhen, however, signed a new contract last December with a release clause of €130m. The huge release has scared off interested suitors, which the striker’s future is now uncertain. Moliso said the Serie A club were wrong not…
In baseball, players have five tools. Hit and power for their prowess at the plate, arm and defense for their ability in the field, and speed for their quickness and base running. At the MLB All-Star Game, though, a sixth tool takes centerstage: style. The Orioles’ five All-Stars walked the red carpet ahead of Tuesday night’s Midsummer Classic, and their fashion entering Globe Life Field was almost as impressive as their play on the field. Shortstop Gunnar Henderson, catcher Adley Rutschman, pitcher Corbin Burnes, infielder Jordan Westburg and outfielder Anthony Santander showed off their fly fits alongside their families and…

Between the New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, or even the Indiana Pacers, some of Boston’s biggest Eastern Conference threats have leveled up this offseason, so if they try to swing at the kings of the NBA, they don’t miss. However, in the eyes of Celtics diehard Bill Simmons, the Knicks and 76ers aren’t…
On Sunday, the Boston Celtics signed Sam Hauser to a four-year, $45 million contract extension. Hauser first joined the Celtics as an undrafted, two-way rookie back in 2021, with his role elevating each year. Last season, Hauser averaged a career-high 9.0 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 42.4-percent from long range. This was the fourth-best three-point accuracy among players with at least 400 attempts, per NBA.com. Per Taylor Snow of Celtics.com, Hauser gave a statement on re-signing. “I’m a believer in things happening for a reason,” said Hauser. “The Celtics gave me an opportunity, and I just try to make the most…
The London team is attempting to force the 25-year-old to quit Stamford Bridge, which is why he was left out of the Blues’ preseason tour of America. Saha feels it is difficult to see the reasoning behind Chelsea’s transfer policy, according to Paddy Power: “Chelsea has so many players, so many young players, and so many players trying to establish themselves and play regularly that it is very difficult to decide which players to let go of.” Chelsea’s approach is hard to follow, so from the outside it doesn’t make much sense, and the stability looks unstable, so I don’t…
