A star Chelsea pair have both vowed to lift every available trophy with the Blues. CFC supporters will be delighted with the commitment from Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo. Elsewhere, Gareth Southgate claims to have no issue with Raheem Sterling as he was again snubbed for the England National Team squad.
Fernandez and Caicedo are becoming a force to be reckoned with for the Blues. Fortunately for CFC, the dynamic South American midfielder duo are focused on bringing glory back to Stamford Bridge.
First Caicedo confirmed, then Fernandez concurred, that their similar desire is to ultimately be successful with Chels‘. In fact, they respectively want to win the Champions League, the Premier League and everything going!
Aside from understandable teacher’s pet Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling was previously the second most used player by Three Lions manager Gareth Southgate. While the latter claims that the door is always open, so to speak, with regards to omitted players such as Sterling, the Blues man hasn’t featured for his national side since the World Cup.
I would say that overall personal form is the proper reason for Sterling’s absence from the England roster. He is just so inconsistent, but obviously devastating on his day. There are some people who believe that there may have been a breakdown in the previously close working relationship between the two. When asked if there is a problem with the former Manchester City wingman, Southgate said “no”.
The international gaffer’s main reason for excluding the Chelsea footballer appears to be the form of that team. Eng’ are playing exceptionally well, according to the head coach. He turned the question back around onto the journalist enquiring, saying: ‘who should I leave out?’. The 53-year-old also referenced Sterling’s injuries earlier on in the year.
