Manu Koné has officially become a brand new Roma player.
“AS Roma is pleased to announce the signing of Manu Koné on loan, with a mandatory buy option,” reads the official statement on the club’s website.
“The midfielder, born in 2001, joins from Borussia Mönchengladbach, where he has played since 2021. Manu began his career playing for Toulouse.
Koné won the silver medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris as a member of the French national team. He is also part of Didier Deschamps’ senior squad.
For the Giallorossi he will wear the No. 17 shirt.
