Report: Milan and Inter expect €650m in baseline revenue amid €150m stadium boost…see more

AC Milan and Inter are expecting their new stadium to bring in an additional €150m in annual revenue, which would significantly boost their baseline.

Following the green light from the city council, which is something we discussed in a Substack bonus a while back, Milan and Inter are now focused on completing the San Siro purchase. Indeed, work is currently underway to reach financing agreements with several banks.

According to Milano Finanza, as cited by FCInterNews, Milan and Inter will partner up with both Italian and foreign banks for the project. Favourable interest rates are expected for the loans and the purchase of the area could be completed very soon.

With the new stadium, Milan and Inter are expecting an additional €150m in revenue, mainly thanks to the premium seats, hospitality and sponsorships. One of the main pillars on the sponsorships front will be the naming rights, which could be sold before construction has even started.

Thanks to the additional €150m, the two clubs should be able to have ‘guaranteed’ annual revenue of around €650m. Milan’s revenue in 2024-25 totalled €496m, while Inter ended up at €567m in the same period.
