Sky: Rabiot price tag revealed after Milan and Allegri…see more

Reports in Italy claim that former Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot could be available for a low-cost fee during the summer transfer window, following his recent admission that he will ‘always be available’ to talk to the new Rossoneri head coach, Massimiliano Allegri.

“I will always be available to talk to him,” Rabiot said when asked if he has considered joining his former Juventus coach, Allegri, in Milan.

The Frenchman, who left the Bianconeri shortly after Allegri was dismissed last year, is under contract with Marseille for another 12 months, until the summer of 2026.

That means that he will be entering the final year of his deal in the summer, which in turn means that he could be available for a bargain fee during the summer transfer window.

According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, a fee of €10m will be enough to convince Marseille into selling the 30-year-old this summer due to a release clause in the player’s contract.

The Frenchman does also command a fairly significant salary, however, with reports that he currently earns €3.5m per season plus a series of easily achievable bonuses for an actual figure that goes above the €5m-per-season mark.

However, Milan could clear space on the wage budget with Tijjani Reijnders increasingly likely to leave Milan for Manchester City during the summer transfer window.

There are reports that a number of Rossoneri first-team players could depart this summer, with reports that Rafael Leao is of interest to Bayern Munich and Theo Hernandez is also of interest to Al-Hilal.
